That is the genesis of the patent pending Kool-Baby which  keeps babies safe and cool in their carriers & strollers.  It consists of an insulated carrier cover and a portable re-chargeable "chiller" unit that gently blows cool fresh air into the baby's space.  Easy to use & maintains " Koolness" for hours due to its unique abilitly with a thermostat to maintain a pre-set temperature.
